Terms.

These are the basic terms for using the Runlit website and (if we work together) the services we provide. Plain-English version below; a longer master service agreement covers the details once we sign you up.

We build websites and run marketing systems (AI textback, review automation, lead capture, missed-call follow-up, campaigns) for contractors and home service businesses. We charge a flat monthly fee, with no setup fee and no long-term contract — you can cancel month to month.

$297/mo, billed monthly via card or ACH. No setup fee, no contract. We change the price only with 60 days written notice. Add-ons (paid ads management, advanced SEO, conversational voice AI, etc.) are billed separately, on a written invoice each time, with no markup until you approve it.

You own your customer data, your phone number, your domain, your Google Business Profile, and the content on your site. We host the site and run the systems; the underlying source code, system prompts, and Runlit dashboard are ours. On cancellation we hand back your stuff, point your domain wherever you say, and walk away.

• You only message customers who have opted in. We block sends to anyone who texts STOP.
• You don't use the system for spam, illegal services, or anything that would get our SMS sender shut down.
• You pay your monthly fee on time. If a payment fails, we pause the service until it's sorted.

By giving us your phone number on a Runlit form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us about your inquiry, our services, and (if you become a client) your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in to any third party. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Cancel any time before your next billing date and you're done. No exit fees, no “but you signed a contract” — there isn't one. Email or text us; service stops at the end of the billing month. We don't prorate, but we don't charge for the partial month either.

We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or jobs. The system gives you the best shot at not missing them — what happens after that is your business. We target 99.9% uptime; we don't pay credits for downtime, we just text you when it happens and fix it. Our liability is capped at three months of fees. We are a small shop, not an insurance policy.
