Privacy.

When you fill out a form on this site or book a call, we collect the contact details you give us — your name, business name, phone number, email, and a short note about what you're looking for. We use it to reach you back and walk you through what working with Runlitwould look like. That's it.

We also collect anonymous analytics on which pages get visited and how the site performs (we use Vercel Speed Insights for this). No personal data, no cross-site tracking pixels, no ads.

We use your contact details to:

• Reach out about your inquiry — usually a phone call or text within a business day.
• Send you a written proposal or follow-up if we agree to work together.
• Stay in touch occasionally if a fit isn't there today but might be later.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. We do not run email marketing blasts off this list.

By submitting a form on runlit.io that includes your mobile phone number, you give Runlit express written consent to contact you by SMS text message at the number you provided, including by automated means, regarding your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can still call or email us instead.

Types of messages. Conversational replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, proposal follow-ups, and occasional account or service updates. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your conversation with us — typically fewer than 5 messages per week, never more than what's needed to handle your request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out / get help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately — you'll get one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through the contact page.

No sharing of mobile information. Mobile information (including phone numbers, opt-in status, and consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our own service delivery (e.g. our SMS messaging provider) is permitted; all other categories of sharing are restricted.

Form submissions are routed through our hosting provider (Vercel) and our CRM (operated by us). Outbound text messages are sent through our licensed SMS provider (Signal House), which carries them to mobile carriers; carriers see only the destination phone number and message content, as required to deliver the message. Email is sent through Resend. The team at Runlit sees your details. No third-party advertisers, no list brokers, no data sales.

Want us to delete what we have on you? Email us at the address below and we'll wipe it within a week. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe from SMS immediately. Click the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. You can also request a copy of what we hold about you.
